Box 321</div> <div>                                      Englewood, FL  34295-0321</div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>ORDERS BY E-MAIL</U></B></I>  E-Mail address: </div> <div>                                          artonglassdesign@aol.com</div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>HOURS</U></B></I>  Our toll free line is answered Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.  If you call during non-business hours, you may leave a message and we will return your call.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>TERMS </U></B></I><I><B> </B></I><I><B>We do not carry any open accounts</B></I><I><B>.</B></I><I> </I> We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  We can also ship your order UPS COD.  COD shipments may be subject to cashiers check or money order only, charges from the carrier for handling a COD shipment will be added to the customers invoice.  If a check is returned by the bank for any reason a $25.00 processing fee will be charged.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>TURN AROUND TIME</U></B></I>  All orders are generally shipped within 24 business hours.  This is subject to certain conditions, IE. items temporarily out of stock, custom orders, work load etc...  We will notify you of any delays in processing your order.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Note: Since all stencils are cut to order, we generally can not ship stencil orders on the same day they are received.</B></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>SHIPPING & HANDLING</U></B></I>  A flat $7.00 per order for standard ground UPS or Priority Mail (within the continental US) is charged on most orders.  Large orders or orders shipped other than stated above will require additional shipping and handling, please call for shipping rates in these instances.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>RETURNS</U></B></I>  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  If goods returned have been altered in any manner by the customer, we will accept no responsibility.  A restocking charge of 15% will be levied on any item returned not as a result of Art on Glass Designs error.  If you receive a package damaged by the shipper, inform the person delivering the package of any visible damage, retain all packaging for claim purposes, and please notify us immediately.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Note: Since all stencils are made to order, no refunds are granted except on the basis of a manufacturing defect.  No returns will be accepted after 10 days.</B></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Note: There are no returns on Design Books (ask for a sample page to be faxed to you) or Designs on Disk or CD (ask for a sample design file in order to be sure the designs will work for you).</B></I></div> <bR> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>PRICING & AVAILABILITY</U></B></I>  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Because of uncertain market conditions, we cannot guarantee prices shown.  The prices shown are effective on the date of publication and are not necessarily the current prices.  All items are subject to availability.</div> <bR> <div> <I><B>Pre-Cut Stencils: Special stock design pricing ($4.00 sq.ft. 4 mil and $6.50 sq.ft. 10 mil for designs 2-1/2 sq.ft. & larger) applies only to orders faxed, mailed or e-mailed in.  Any incomplete and/or orders that require a phone call or orders that do not meet the special stock design pricing specifications (see vinyl stencil pricing info.) will be charged at the Modified stock and custom design pricing ($5.50 sq.ft. 4 mil, & $7.25 sq.ft. 10 mil for designs 2-1/2 sq.ft. & larger).  Please complete one of our order forms to insure that we receive all required information to process your order correctly at the lowest possible pricing.  See </B></I><FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#BF0000" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="custom_stencil_pricing.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Vinyl Stencil Pricing"><U><I><B>Vinyl Stencil Pricing</B></I></U></A></FONT><I><B> page for detailed pricing information.</B></I></div> <bR> <div> <I><B><U>WARRANTIES</U></B></I>  There are no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose in connection with the sale of this merchandise.  Art on Glass Designs shall not be liable for any consequential damages.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
