Art on Glass Designs specializes in Pre-Cut Stencils for your large jobs. We do not have the capability to cut stencils with very small or fine detail.

LARGE DESIGNS - Design size 2-1/2 sq.ft. & larger (each individual stencil/design is 2-1/2 sq.ft. or larger)

For pricing all stencils - Add 1/2" of blank space around each of your designs for tape off (we automatically add this when we calculate pricing).

EG. a 24"x36" stencil would be priced as 25"x37" (25 x 37 = 925.00 sq.in. -:- 144 = 6.42 sq.ft. times appropriate sq.ft. price below).

Standard Stock Designs = Designs from the Art on Glass Design Books. Only proportional size changes are allowed, with absolutely no editing and no art changes. No show proofs. Orders must be faxed, e-mailed, or postal mailed in.

Modified Stock & Custom Designs = Stock designs modified to fit your needed size, deleting or adding elements from other stock designs, adding text to stock designs, designs in which a show proof is required. All custom designs. Art and scan/setup charges may also apply in addition to the square foot price.

Please specify the typestyle you need from the samples on the typestyles pages or by typestyle name if you don't see the typestyle you need (subject to availability).

If you would like one of our designs printed full size on paper for hand cutting, we can pen plot our stock designs to your specified proportional size (up to 29"x48" panels) on brown Kraft paper for a fee of $15.00 per panel. If you require a design larger than 29"x48", the design can be cut in panels and overlaid to match one another.

C. Design size (required, and must be scaled proportionately according to scale ratio shown on each stock design).

B. Mirrored -Your etch is on the back side of the glass or mirror (you are viewing the front side of your etch through the glass or mirror).

SETUP CHARGES- To cut a stencil from a file sent either on disk or via e-mail there is a $15.00 setup charge.

SCAN CHARGES- The charge to scan your clean black & white artwork is $25.00, no clean up is included in the scan charge. Maximum art size is 8"x13-1/2".

TURN AROUND- Current turn around time is 24 hours to 72 hours. Because all stencils are cut to order, we generally cannot ship your stencil order the same day it is received.

SHIPPING- Most orders are charged a flat $7.00 for regular ground UPS or Priority mail (within the continental US). COD orders incur an additional $7.00 fee for UPS to handle the COD shipment.

TERMS- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover are the preferred method of payment, otherwise orders are shipped COD or are prepaid.

RETURNS- Since all stencils are made to order, no refunds are granted except on the basis of a manufacturing defect. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. If you receive a package damaged by the shipper, please notify us immediately.

Because of the characteristics of pre-cut vinyl, we can only guarantee the quality of the vinyl for 10 days after you receive the product. It is best to use the stencil ASAP.

To increase the life of the vinyl (reduce shrinkage) do not remove the transfer tape - top masking until you are ready to etch the glass.

We at Art on Glass Designs are professional glass etchers who use the vinyl stencils we sell to you. We will be able to give you first hand advice on our product. Also, a valuable part of our service is to aid you with information on how to apply the stencils, and provide tips and techniques that will help insure your success.
